*Check-in time is 3:00pm or later.
*Check-out time is any time prior to 12:00pm.
*Group Rates are based on availability at the time of booking. Cutoff date for group rate reservations is August 20, 2025 by 12:00pm Mountain Time for the BVBC Labor Day Conference group block.
*Rate is based on Single or Double occupancy Standard Room Type. High Floor Rooms and More Than Two Adults & Two Children Increases the Rate Each Night. (Max Occupancy Of 4 People).
* Breakfast is Included for the BVBC Labor Day Conference group Monday - Friday 6:30am - 9am and Saturday and Sunday 7am - 10am.
*Deposit for the full stay will become non-refundable by August 25, 2025
*In the event of individual guest room Cancellation, Date Changes and Length of Stay Changes kindly give a 72 hour notice (by 8:59 a.m. Mountain Time) prior to arrival or a fee for the full stay will be charged. Early departures will be charged for the full stay.

Will nurseries be provided?
Yes. Nurseries are provided for children up to 6th grade.
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available on a first come first serve basis.
Our parking lot has handicap spots available as well.
